Buxner is an assistant research professor in the Department of Teaching, Learning, and Sociocultural Studies at the University of Arizona. Her primary research interests are in science and environmental education, investigating research and industry experiences for teachers, and studying undergraduate education reform. Sanlyn enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
