. Mr. Ristvey is the Director of the UCAR Center for Science Education and a science educator. He has overseen federally funded projects in science for students with VI and their teachers, has worked on NASA education projects for the last 20 years, has knowledge of the NGSS, and has led projects that incorporate PBL and mentoring. Mr. Ristvey will guide the project team in the design of the intervention and review all materials for the students to assure adherence to the NGSS and best practices. Mr. Ristvey will serve as a resource for Dr. Topor in developing the Readiness Academy and Enrichment Institute.
