Dr. Arens is the Senior Director, Evaluation at McREL International. Dr. Arens has served as PI for a federally funded science project working with TVIs. She has served as external evaluator for several NSF-funded projects, including three focused on preservice teacher education in science. She will provide oversight for all evaluation activities described in Section 10, and will provide frequent updates related to the implementation and research design and its execution to the project PI.
